Processing Times

How long does it take for my items to be shipped?

Please allow 1-7 business days for regular orders. If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days, please contact support at simplyflawlessbeautique@gmail.com

Please allow 10-21 business days for bulk/wholesale orders. If you do not receive tracking information within 21 business days, please contact support at simplyflawlessbeautique@gmail.com 

Orders are processed on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do NOT process orders on weekends or holidays).

  • Orders processed after 3PM CST will be dropped off at the post office the next business day. (Orders processed after 3PM CST on Friday will be dropped off at the post office the following Monday).
  • Orders that include a mixture of products (regular and bulk/wholesale) the item with the longer processing time will take precedence.

Shipping

Can I track my package?

Yes, you should be able to track your order here OR your Simply Flawless Account.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Please allow 1-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-21 business days for international orders for your order to reach you once tracking information is received. If you do not receive your order after 5 business days (domestic) and 21 business days (international), please contact support at simplyflawlessbeautique@gmail.com.

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive a confirmation email from Simply Flawless Beautique within an hour of placing your order, be sure to check your spam folder. Also, ensure that the email address used was spelled correctly.

  • To check your orders, log into your Simply Flawless Account and select the “Order History” option to review your order history.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact support at simplyflawlessbeautique@gmail.com.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my items if I am not satisfied?

We DO NOT accept ANY returns due to the nature of our products. To ensure the safety of everyone, we cannot accept returned products due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

How can I request a refund or cancel my order?

Orders may NOT be canceled. Partial refunds can only be given for damaged, stolen or lost packages if all of the following has occurred:
  • You have contacted USPS and filed a claim for damaged goods (Priority Mail shipping covers up to $100 for lost, stolen or damaged packages upon arrival. First Class Packages are not covered, therefore we just need your order info and explanation).
    • You have contacted us with your order number, photos or videos for review, and an explanation of the issue at simplyflawlessbeautique@gmail.com.
    • You have provided us with the response from USPS at simplyflawlessbeautique@gmail.com.
  • Refunds will not be given for personal issues related to the products.

Usage of Simply Flawless/Simply Flawless Beautique’s Photos, Videos, & Other Original Content

You may NOT under any circumstances use Simply Flawless/Simply Flawless Beautique’s website or social media content without given permission or giving credit to the rightful owner, which is Simply Flawless & Simply Flawless Beautique. Giving credit includes but is not limited to tagging us in your post without removing the tag and never altering the content as well. If you purchase wholesale from us and you are interested in our product photos, please email us at simplyflawlessbeautique@gmail.com to request permission.
  • If you are caught attempting the above, we will reach out to you as a warning first, then we will take any legal action needed if you do not comply.
